I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities with this nonprofit community arts center. I understand that participation in these activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organization, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in such activities. I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms.
